Milam Enterprises, LLC distributes post-tension cable products, household fixture products, specialty industrial products, and telecommunications equipment. It also provides engineering and design assistance, fabrication, warranty repair, installation, and other technical assistance services. The company fabricates and distributes post-tension cabling systems for residential and commercial foundations. It sells its products primarily to customers in the United States, as well as to customers in Canada and Mexico. Milam Enterprises, LLC was formerly known as Travis International, Inc. The company was founded in 1986 and is based in Houston, Texas.

Our design-build team works under one contract with the owner of the project instead of the long-established design-bid-build process. It is more of a single entity and single contract that produces a cohesive workflow from the preliminary concept until final completion. All over the world, design-build delivers vertical and horizontal construction ventures with a better outcome.

To cope with the challenges in infrastructure and the construction industry, Milam Enterprises LLC adopted the Private-Public Partnership concept or P3. Through this system, each party concerned shares in possible risks as well as rewards in the delivery of services and facilities. We coordinate with patrons regarding our interests and manifest our long-term promise to the accomplishment of projects.  

Milam Enterprises engages in maintenance for roads, big-scale construction, Design-Build-Operate-Maintain agreements, and P3 programs. 

We also undertake environmental-friendly projects like Green Design to obtain the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
